All our products are manufactured under strict quality standards at our facilities near BARCELONA by highly qualified personnel.

MATERIALS

High quality

T&C Projects develops the sofa structure by optimizing materials according to the function they perform in the element’s stress resistance, properly fulfilling the assigned function in both durability and functionality.

In addition, a set of interior components such as steel springs, elastic webbing, polyester reinforcements… are arranged to provide body, solidity, and comfort to the product.

Once the sofa has been prepared and glued, it is upholstered with a cover that protects the entire interior, as well as the cushions.

Virtually all T&C Projects sofas can be manufactured with removable covers, both the cushions and the sofa structure itself.

FABRICS

Wide variety of samples

T&C Projects has an extensive and varied fabric catalog, ranging from the most common fabrics: linens, chenilles… to the most sophisticated fancy fabrics, prints, and jacquards.

In addition, all our fabrics are tested for: tensile strength, tear resistance, bursting strength, seam strength, abrasion resistance, pilling resistance, light fastness, rub fastness, and solvent resistance.

We also have an extensive catalog of carefully selected leather colors.

CUSHIONING

Fillings built to last

We use polyurethane foam for interiors and cushions, with which we achieve the desired shape and firmness for the product, thus incorporating optimal quality for both cases (seat cushions and specific areas).

T&C Projects uses duck feather and siliconized hollow fiber for the fillings of certain cushions, depending on the chosen sofa.

Hollow fibers are tiny hollow spirals (of high Denier) that act as small springs, providing them with recovery capacity (always maintaining their shape) and unbeatable comfort performance.

FINISHES

A distinctive style of high quality

For visible elements (feet, arms,…) we offer our clients different options: natural wood, cherry or wenge, or matte or glossy steel finishes.

Furthermore, our philosophy and organization allow us to guarantee artisanal finishes: “Maximum quality depends not only on having the best resources, but on knowing how to apply them correctly.” To this end, all our products undergo exhaustive quality control before being packaged.
